By Weight

The durian yield is usually 20% - 25%.

So a roughly, 2 kg durian will yield 400g to 500g of flesh.

You get 625g of flesh.

So your durian cost $72 / kg

By Box

2nd type is calculate by box.

Usually in 400g or 600g. Sometimes got 800g also, but also same.

Price range is usually from $32 onwards for 400g. People buy this because it is convenient. No need to pray hard on the yield 20% or 25%

If it is at $32 per box of 400g. Your durian cost $80 / kg

So your durian cost $80 / kg

By Quantity

Usually the lower grade durians they will sell by quantity. Or durians that they want to clear stock fast. So sell $10/ pc or $5/pc
