Giant Promotion @ Tampines: We had a walk and look issit really so Good Deal?

So last week the news come out, that Giant Supermarket will lower the price of essentials by average 20%.

So I sibei curious to find out real or just marketing gimmicks. 

So last week, I went for a walk (weekday) at Giant Hypermart Tampines.

Because I know if I go during weekend confirm sibei crowded.

So first step into Giant Hypermart at Tampines hor, I realise they changed their basket color from last time orangey to bright green already. Then I also realise their logo also change liao

Maybe change long time ago lah, but I never notice. 

Baby Section

Obviously, I will go this section to check it out. There are some baby food and diapers on promotion. Even the housebrand diaper looks promising.

But you will try meh? We SG, is those too cheap don't dare to try one. Yet complain things are expensive.

How Much NTUC is selling?

Fresh Produce Section

You come supermarket if you don't go the fresh produce section, really wasted.

This time Giant really up their game. There are live fishes on sale!

Kids love live fishes on "display" it is like going Sea Aquarium. The only good thing is you get to buy the fishes home.

The apple at 5 for $2.50 also can buy. Imagine the normal price is $1 per apple. So ex right?

You see the prawn kena sweep clean clean one. You see the Auntie Uncle all sibei professional one. Pick and sweep! Sibei zai!

In NTUC is selling for $1.39 / 100g. Easily 40% more expensive!

But I actually went for the 2 x Seabass for $8. Then bring home go make Hong Kong Styled Steamed Seabass sibei shiok leh! Recipe to come soon!

Can Go!

If you really want to grab the good deals like the prawn, seabass and some vegetables and apples. Yes head down to Giant Tampines or some other giant.

But best to avoid weekend lah. If everyone go during weekend, then jam pack and all snatch the prawns.

Go weekday better lah. Nobody snatch with you. You can relax abit.
