On 2nd May, GrabFood app successfully migrated to the Grab Super App.
Initially I was wondering, since they have a grab app, why need to have a grabfood app. Then I need to switch in and out to top up my grab pay.
Today, me and many others start appreciate the goodness in the separate app.
But No More Liao
Because on 2nd May, everything will be on the Super App.
But we go their facebook page and kaypo. Really heng they don't have promo codes.
While the feedback for the $1 deal already very gaolat. This time, the switch to Grab Super App even more gaolat.
Just imagine if they have $1 deal on this super app. No wonder no $1 deal lor!.
Anyways, these are the numerous complaint we see on the customer end.
The delivery-rider end also got alot issue, but we will focus on customer first.
Cannot Multiple Orders
Last time, you can order from only 1 restaurant per order. Now you can only have 1 order until the current order is completed.
Means you cannot eat Mcdonald and KFC at the same time. 🙁
Cannot take Grab and order Makan at the same time
Cannot have multiple order already very sad. Now, you wanna order food home and take grab at the same time also cannot.
Cannot multi task one.
