Things to take note when driving in Australia
There are a few things to take note when driving in Australia. First and foremost, all drivers must carry a valid driver's license and third motor insurance.
Secondly, seatbelts must be worn by all passengers in the car including kids. Speed limits are typically 50 - 110kmh in Australia, so drivers must be mindful of that.
Finally, there are many wildlife crossings throughout Australia, so drivers must be cautious when driving through these areas.
There is once I spotted a Koala bear crossing the road at night. I hope I didn’t bang into the Koala bear or frighten it.
Day 0 - Flying from Singapore to Brisbane
Depart via SQ to Brisbane

As we are travelling with kids, we are allowed to bring in water and kids food.

So Mummy gotta requeue the long line to get this amended.
Remember to check your boarding pass details
What We Prepare prior boarding the Plane
If you're planning to travel to Australia with young children for the first time, there are a few things you should know about flying with kids.
First, it's important to book a flight that will work well with your child's schedule and napping needs.
In order to make our flight comfortable and enjoyable, we bought this PlanePal thing for leg rest and extended the seats for our kids.
Sweets, Biscuits, Lollipops, Snacks
This is a must because kids does not know how to equalize. So bringing these will help them swallow saliva and equalize the pressure when the plane is ascending or descending.

Thought slightly expensive but it is more convenient because you do not need to take a shuttle to the rental car area.
Collecting the car was smooth, signing off the documents, paid the fees and we got a third party insurance as well.

This time we order many more food that we didn’t eat the day before.
5pm - Taxi to Airport
We took a taxi to Sydney International Terminal because we wanted to avoid the hassle of lugging our luggage on and off the train.
With the taxi, we could just put our luggage in the trunk and relax in the backseat during the ride. It was a lot more convenient and comfortable than taking the train, especially with our heavy bags.
Trip Fare: $37
Compared to a train ride to Airport at $15 - $18 per pax. Taking a taxi with kids is so much worth it.
